As I went through the buying process of my house, there were many things I didn't know about or understand. Josh made sure I felt comfortable with all of the information, and was constantly making sure that paperwork was getting to the right people. Josh or someone from his office were on the phone with me  almost daily to explain, or help me get what was needed to close the loan. I have talked to friends who took months to get their loans, we were done in about three weeks. His wife Maggie was my buying agent. She showed me houses that were in my price range, and was never trying to "upsell" bigger houses that I could "afford", instead she involved me in the process and made sure I would like the properties we went to. I felt bad because she drove me all over Cache valley, until we finally found my home. I have used Josh since for a couple of other loans, and would use both Josh and maggie again when I look for a new home.

I have been using Josh McBride for a number of years now to help me with refinancing and purchasing of homes as well as helping me in some credit repair. He has always been available to discuss all the pros and cons of the different types of loans out there and to make sure it was what worked best for my situation. Most recently he I was selling a home and Josh new it was for sale and he happen to find a buyer that the home fit perfectly, and with no expected compensation, he got me in contact with this buyer and my home sold.
